A Beijing-based accounting, taxation and business advisory firm, H & Trust focuses on providing services to the Small and Medium size Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprises (‘WFOE’), Joint Venture (JV) and Representative Offices (RO) in Beijing.
We are looking for a Freelancer as Marketing Manager, to join our team in Beijing.
Under the direction of the partner, you will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns that promote our accounting firm, expend our customer base. Our ideal candidate has a strong marketing background and the ability to develop and lead consumer marketing plans and translate them to results. You are collaborative, solutions-focused and have project management expertise. You will leverage excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build alliances with partners. Success in this role requires working with flexibility and adjusting to changing work schedule demands.
Education: Undergraduate degree in finance、marketing、media and/or business or a suitable combination of education and work experience.
Experience: When applying, the candidate must clearly demonstrate in writing how they meet the following experience criteria:
· Experience in consumer marketing.
· Experience working with partners and other stakeholders.
· Experience in project management involving multiple stakeholders.
· Experience with all aspects of social media.
Requirement
· 5 or more years of marketing experience
· Experience managing and directing strategic partners / agencies /vendors. Demonstrated relationship marketing skills a must.
· Proven ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams in support of specific business priorities.
· Languages: Proficiency in English required;
Role and Responsibility:
1. Preparing financial report on a monthly basis and ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met for assigned clients;
2 Prepare tax calculation and fill tax return;
3 Ensure accuracy of information and calculations for accounts preparation process;
4 Liaison with clients, bank, tax bureau, SAFE,AIC etc to comply with the regulations.
5. Work closely with team members to deliver high quality service.
6 Could manage the each client’s account independently.
7 Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1 Fluent English is highly preferable both in writing and speaking
2 Bachelor degree with at least 3 years working experience in accounting.
3 Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
4 A good working knowledge of UFIDA T3 would be advantageous
5 Good internal and external relationship management skills.
6 Oversea studying or working experience is bonus. professional appearance is preferable.
7 Smart and willing to learn, Detail oriented in work;
8 Team player who can work effectively under pressure

Responsibilities:
1 Ensure all original and relevant document properly documented.
2 Prepare, check and post journal entries.
3 Assist to prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with accepted policies and procedures
4 Assist to do the tax compliance returns and submissions
5 Travel around Beijing inner city liaison with clients, bank, tax bureau, SAFE,AIC etc to comply with the regulations. (1/3 of your working time)
6 Responsible to complete the job arranged by the Senior Accountant timely and accurately.
7 Build good relationship with clients.
8 Responsible for the other ad hoc works.
Requirements:
1. College degree or over, major in Accounting or related discipline with a minimum of 1 years experience in accounting related field.
2. Knowledge and experience of related computer applications, i.e. Microsoft Excel and Word a must.
3. Basic English communication in both written and spoken.
4. Preferred with Yongyou accounting software or other applicable accounting software packages skills.
5. With good communication skill, Interpersonal and respect for others. Willing to share knowledge and good team player.
6. Detail oriented in work, Fast learner, work well under pressure.
